I bought this for a short two-night trip because I needed something to keep my dog’s frozen food cold while we travelled. I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I was actually really impressed. I packed six slim ice packs (two on the bottom, two on top, and one on each side), and the insulation was genuinely excellent. After 48 hours, the food was still cold, even though the car got quite warm during the journey. There were no leaks and nothing spoiled, so it definitely did the job. It’s compact but fits more than it looks like it would. You could probably get six cans in there, or a lunch box and a couple of drinks. It’s ideal for kids’ lunches or short trips where you don’t want to carry a massive cooler. In my case, it was perfect for dog food and ice packs. The design is really cute and the colours are exactly as shown. The zip is smooth and feels like good quality, and the lining inside is easy to wipe clean. The handle also feels sturdy enough for everyday use. Overall, great value for money and really practical. I’d definitely recommend it for lunches, travel, or anything that needs keeping cool for a day or two.

One small thing: while it does a great job keeping things cool, it’s not the best at completely stopping condensation. So if you pack it full of chilled items, you might notice a little moisture by the end of the day. But overall, it’s a fantastic, durable lunch bag that holds up and does the job!

Really good ! Smash is a great brand so I knew it would be good but it is a reasonable size and can help keep food colder for longer making it stay fresh so perfect for taking to school or work. It’s also leak proof so no need to worry about soup or things if they spill !

Great quality lunch bag, colour is more of a pink shade than a red as show in the picture. Easy clean and perfect size. Stays cool all day with an ice pack inside.

Someone who will remain nameless decides to leave their previous lunchbox with its contents (a half eaten lunch) festering in the cupboard until the first day of the new year, after immediately disposing of the lunch box and contents I ordered a replacement - coincidentally this is the same brand as the last, the insulation is great for a half day and the size is substantial enough for a growing child - also fits in the school bag without occupying too much valuable real estate. A decent well made item that does the job perfectly.
