My son appreciated the support
My son asked for inserts for his PF. This helps relieve pain as he works out and plays pickleball

Read this review. It may make or break your purchase.
I was recently diagnosed with a handful of foot conditions: plantar fasciitis, pes planus (flat feet), and 2 others. At first, I told myself that I didn't need arch insoles and that I could live with the pain. But slowly, even walking for 30 seconds would hurt a whole lot. I decided to turn to amazon. I knew that my doctor had recommended to get insoles designed specifically for my own feet ($100+) but I didn't have the money nor time for that. Though these don't make my feet 100% pain free 100% of the time and they don't erase the fact that I have 4 foot conditions, it helped me so much. I could walk to my classes now without wanting to cry. I could walk to Mr. Bills, a food place across my school, and treat myself to a burger, a well-deserved burger. Could I live without these? I could, but then I'd be out on the streets already and would have had to drop out of school because of the pain I used to have without them. But was the first day pleasant? No. The first day using these, they dug into my feet. But I expected it. A review had said that I just had to bear with it for a day or two and that it'd get better, to bear with it and give it a try. And I did. I'm so glad I did. Yes, they flatten out a little over time, but that's what happens with any pair of insoles, and despite this, it still works well, and for $8 (at the time), it was so, so worth it. So why not give it a try? They might just be the ones that'll finally let you taste and treat yoself to that burger across the street.

Inexpensive insert for Plantar Fasciitis
These are fitted to your shoe size so they stay in the shoe snuggly and do not move around like other insoles. They offer good arch support and have a cushioned cup for the heel which also helps with pain from my heel spurs. I replace mine about every 5-8 months depending on how often I wear those particular shoes. Unfortunately you may need to get some shoes 1/2 size larger to accommodate the insert, depending on the size of the toe cup, otherwise you may get some rubbing on the top of your toes. I have found this usually goes away within one or 2 wearing with leather and canvas shoes as I break in the new inserts. Added side benefit - they increase the length of time your shoes feel great because you are consistently changing the insert. The sole of my hushpuppies literally fell apart while I was wearing them but I did not notice at first because the insert did it's job.

Seems to be as good as the higher priced ones -- very happy with purchase
I have bought several pair of these and am very pleased. Not sure if they are comparable to the Power Steps my podiatrist recommends (over priced in my opinion), but they seem to fit the same and accomplish the same thing -- they keep the plantar fasciitis away and provide good arch support to correct for any flattening of the arch. This in turn, helps keep away any back pain from not walking correctly. I don't know what makes these things so expensive based on the materials they are made of, but with this brand I can buy 3 for the price of one of the Power Step insoles -- so I can keep them in the shoes I wear most often and not keep taking them in and out. Do they last as long? Don't know, but so far seem they seem to be holding up just fine -- would be interesting if someone logs steps and can answer that? Anyhow, 5 stars.

Good fit and support
My Rockport walking shoes, men's size 7W, had developed a hole under my big toe in the insole. I was looking to replace the shoes but my size was not available. I decided to try a temporary solution, replacement insoles. I did not want to invest a lot of money into, what I viewed as, a stop-gap measure. I prefer a good arch support, so the Forcare foot arch correction insole appeared to fit the bill. They fit my Rockports perfectly, with only a very slight gap at the heel. The first time I used them I found that the arch support for one foot was perfect, but the other foot felt slightly off. The fit of the insole was so tight in the shoe that I was not able to adjust the position. I decided to give them a chance to break in and now I have worn this shoe and insole combination now for approximately 25 miles, a number of 2-to-3-mile walks with our daughter's dog on both pavement and turf. Either the insole or my foot, or both, have adjusted to the arch location and it is no longer an issue. They now provide me ample support and comfort on our daily dog walks. Now I can put off ordering new shoes, saving some money.

Good for Flat Feet
It feels a bit hard once you get them (2 insoles), so you have to break it in. After 2 days, it’ll feel soft on your feet. Make sure to take off the original insoles in your shoe before using them, it’s thick, so your shoe might feel a little tight. Used them both in shoes and boots, it doesn’t hurt my flat feet anymore. Would recommend!

Good, but didn't suit me
These are good orthotics for the price, however I might have expected a bit too much from them, based on the other reviews I read. They are of good quality and the support is good, but I found that pain was worse after wearing them all day, the arch support seems to be too high and it ended up hurting, (especially on my right foot, where my arch is lower). I think they might work well for certain people, but it's either hit or miss.

Good, supportive insert.
This insert is compact and sturdy. It fit into my 7.5 wide sneakers with no trimming necessary. I have worn it on cement floors on several occasions and found it supportive and comfortable.
