My son loves cats, and silly cats are a bonus. I bought this for his 5th birthday party and put it along the cake table. His face lit up when he saw them. It's just paper garland with cat faces, but it made him laugh and that was worth it. We will probably use them again next year.

These were a hit. We didn't bother to string them together. We just posted the individual hat-wearing cats all around the house as a surprise for the birthday girl. Cats on the mirror. Cats on the fridge. Cats in the picture frame, cats on the bathroom wall, cats in the clothes dryer. Very fun and very well received. She found them all but it took a while!
