I have tile floors that look like wood and use this mop for entire floor clean ups. The mop head can get quite dry if you spin it too much, so I try to leave it slightly wet to mop the dirt off the floors. (I thoroughly sweep first though.) The mop and dusting heads get VERY stained and dingy quite easily. I wash them in my washing machine after every cleaning and let them air dry, but the white fiber heads look old and dirty nonetheless. They look like they need replacing after just a few uses, but I've kept mine and continue to use them anyway. Overall, the bucket system is easy to use and carry around. It would be nice if the bucket had wheels...but I wouldn't want the water inside to slosh around when pushing it...so carrying it is fine. My housekeeper used it for a few weeks and then went back to using the old mop (standard). It was too hard for her to change the heads. The plastic push snaps are sometimes hard to get out and they can tear around the rubber if you pull on them...so I use a marker tip to push the snaps out from underneath the holes. It's too much work for my housekeeper...so she's sticking to the old fashioned style because of it's ease, and I use this mop so I don't have to wring the old one out. I wouldn't buy this mop again though...too much trouble to take off the mop head, and expensive to replace the heads when needed.

This is a nice home size unit that is easy to use.
When it came in I questioned what I bought.... But I pushed forward and I'm glad I did. It's not a big mop, which for me is a good thing. I have the big old school mop with the ringer. It was just way too big and sloppy. I ended up putting it to the curb. This is a nice home size unit that is easy to use. In fact, if you put too much effort into spinning out the mop, it ends up being too dry. I fill it with water in my standard double sink in the kitchen. It's at an angle when filling, but that's fine. When you pull it up flat it's the right water hight. If the area you are working in is ungodly dirty, I use too buckets. An extra bucket with the clean soapy water, then use the spinner to wash it out so the two waters do not mix. But for normal use, just the spin bucket is all you need.

This product came with no directions, I could not figure out how to make the mop head stay on the handle, after much frustration and a few choice words I was able to make it work. I do not like having to unscrew the handle every time I clean and spin the mop, in fact I do not like the bucket at all and I use my old bucket from Fuller Brush that has a foot pedal to make it spin. I do have to say it is very good quality and will probably last a long time. A few directions would have been nice....

Arrived with no instructions on how to put it together, mop heads are extremely difficult to get onto the rotating plastic head, even harder to get off, the handle keeps collapsing or coming out of the mop head, the spinning action does not remove most of the water no matter how hard you spin it meaning the mop remains wet and dirty (supposedly one of its biggest advantages over traditional mops--that and not having to handle a dirty mop head, which you do, just to keep it in place) and worst of all, the plastic head will suddenly rotate, meaning instead of the mop itself safely scrubbing the floor, you're using hard plastic. Great. Nice big scrape on my wooden floor. And there is no contact information on how to get replacement heads, and a quick search elsewhere on the internet hasn't turned up any source, either. Don't waste your money. This mop is crap.

I had one other spin mop in the past which had amazing ratings on amazon
"This product was an A+. I had one other spin mop in the past which had amazing ratings on amazon, however, this one is even better! I don't have to purchase additional mop-heads because the spin and shine mop comes with extras. The soap dispenser is clever and the drainage system are added bonuses which make the mopping experience that much better. I would highly recommend this mop to anyone who wants to help themselves. Very easy to put together and use. I was mindful of the fact that I can return this item free of charge.... however, this certainly wont be an item i'll be returning. Recommending this to all of my family and friends!"

It cleans the floor.
Not at all the mop I thought I was buying. Nearly sent it back. I wanted the one that a foot pedal spun it dry. This is not one of them. At least I don't have to wring it by hand. It does the job but not what I wanted.
