This hat has a wide brim to keep the sun off of your neck, top of your head, and out of your eyes. It works great and fits well. The material is lightweight for comfort in warmer days. It has a hat band sewn into the hat material in a daisy chain like way so that you can attach small items to it. Fly fishing lures or pins, possibly a golf pencil would all be about the right size to stow there.Finally, it has a thick string attached that goes under your chin and an adjustable fastener to cinch it up to keep it secure in windy conditions.It's well made yet lightweight. I can see how this hat will be my go to during the summer months.

This hat is similar to a real US Navy issued hat even down to the label inside. The camo pattern is also similar. The quality of manufacture is satisfactory for the price point as are the materials used. Having said this, buy it with the word "SIMILIAR" in mind as it is not on the same level as the real Navy hat. Is it good looking, it does fit comfortably and is fairly priced, (I do love this hat!) but dont buy expecting US military quality knowing it is made of lighter materials and is a knockoff design overall.

A versatile hat! Lightweight and comfortable. Is one-size-fits-all. Fits my average sized head fine. However, may be a bit snug for a person who has a large head. I especially like the snap feature, allowing me to tack-up one or both sides as needed, whether for sun protection, or for increased visibility. Neck string is handy for securing the hat during blustery winds. Neck string also gives me the option to hang the hat from my neck onto my back when I don't feel like wearing the hat. The hat was a good purchase.

Fit was "alright" but a little tight. The brim width wasn't what I'd hoped. Wife cleaned up my old hat and I went back to wearing it. Return windows is closed, so it sits on a hook till someone else wants it. Not happy.

This was a gift for my husband and he loves it. It's a quality hat and serves the purpose.

If you have a shaved head like I do and don’t want it to burn, you’re guna need a hat. I bought this hat in preparation to go to Tennessee and it did not disappoint. Looks pretty dumb and goofy which was exactly what I wanted. I got hammered on a pontoon boat for a week straight and this hat did its job and sat right on my head. My head was safely protected and it also has buttons to do up and make it look like somewhat of a cowboy hat. Man did I get drunk with this bad boy. I highly recommend you buy one. I even bought one for my friend so we could both look equally insane as we slammed shots and coors light on our way to the sandbar. Cheers boys!

My husband loves this hat. We have one for the beach and one on the boat. Keeps the sun off and his head cool. This hat is not heavy or thick. They hold up great being in the sun. Love the black and white camo.
