Why can't this product be shipped to California?
Does it work with Biting flies? I have tried regular bug spray but feel like nothing is stopping the biting flies from getting us.
Does this repel small flying mites?
Does it leave any type of feel or film on the skin? Most bug sprays leave a sticky feel or a film (and smell) until I wash it off.
