Works great

This Phillips bulb is an replacement bulb for my standing Ottlite. This is at 5000 kelvins and provides a good light for reading. 6500 kelvins would be a better choice for painting and would cost significantly more. The light was a bit shorter than the previous bulb, making it easier to install. I'm happy with my choice and this was not a Prime purchase. The bulb arrived well ahead of the promised time and was packaged with care. 5stars for the seller.

This bulb is reasonably priced and it is good quality! I highly recommend it. The only problem I had was that I couldn't get it in and so I had to ask a man to help me. He did it quite easily. It's a challenge for me to change this kind of a light bulb. It is bright and so far it is quite good.

I use this bulb as a light bulb for my desk lamp. When first purchased in 2013, it served me well. Nine years later, the replacement bulb that was received (not sold by Amazon) was a different part number (146811 instead of 146878), which has different brightness characteristics. The bulb on my light died about a year ago and I didn't know what to do since it was a special type of bulb. I was afraid I would have to put the money out for another lamp like the one I had since I really love this lamp. I looked on Amazon for this lamp which was there but also showed me what others looked at and there was the bulb I needed! Yay Amazon!

Extremely hard to find bulb (least for me as the old bulb had limited info on it & had to search mostly by photos of 13W florescent bulbs for a match). This was a Great price, shipped fast & well packed with free shipping to boot! Happily it fit my old, old desk lamp perfectly & works great. The Natural White bulb 13W lighting is just right over my computer/keyboard. Hats off to 'Light Bulbs International' for Great Service & a Super low (delivered) cost... only $5.65 thru Amazon.com. So glad i didn't have to chuck my old beloved desk lamp & have to spend $40-50+ to buy a new one!!

They are used in a desk lamp which in itself may be defective. Now both bulbs have blinked out; ordered another 2 pk to try one more time.UPDATE: OOPS, my bad. I ordered 13 wt bulbs for 9wt lamp. So the 13 wt bulbs are fine and the seller is great.

This item was the exact same brand it replaced, it looks identical including the text on the factory sticker. The only negative to this bulb is the hummmm noise when the bulb is turned on but the original bulb did the same thing. We got 18 years out of the 1st bulb in our master bedroom closet and will be happy if we get half of that with this bulb. We paid regular price for this item and recommend this item.

Received BulbCanada Philips Light 2 months ago and used it a few times. In June, it just shut down after about 2 minutes, had a nap then resurrected itself for another minute then shut down for at least a 5 minute respite until flickering on once more only to go back to sleep indefinitely. Turned it on another day, same pattern: on/off repeated 2x then off for good! Paid $4.00 plus $10.00 shipping for a very, very suspect light product.Contacted BulbCanada and they simply issued policy statement that the warranty had run out after 30 days!
