Q: 14 grams of sugar? Why so much??

Q: With temps around 100 degrees across the usa, i wonder if this is ok to ship? 2 days of shipping in hot usps or fedex trucks? would it still be ok?

This is pasteurized, sealed, shelf stable yogurt. It will travel just fine in the heat.

Q: If they are sealed and frozen and then return to room temperature, are they still edible?

I’ve never tried with these. The Gogurt brand I freeze without problems. However!!!! The boxes of these I received from Amazon were months past their expiration date!
