Q: Is there a way to wrap the towels back up into a roll for reuse? These don't seem to stick to themselves

Sorry what? You have to tear a sheet like you do on a paper towel. You can't roll them back on the roll again, just like you cant on a paper towel.

Q: Does the roll arrive with any fragrance or chemical odors from Amazon storage (like other cloths I have ordered)?

We suggest you wash the cleaning towel before your first use. And there is no strange odors.
