This is the best instant espresso (or even coffee for that matter). Full flavored but without any bitterness. Good for drinking plain or in a latte. Excellent price, especially given that it is organic.

I use this for baking a Christmas Yule log and it dissolved well and the flavour is robust. It way better than just the regular freeze dried coffee. I will be ordering this again!
