Great, perfect coffee. Found no defects. Well packaged. Doesn’t get any better than Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. My go-to coffee. Seems to be the most uniform among all the different vendors thus far. Havn’t gotten a bad batch yet. Has the broadest roast profile of any variety I have ever tried. Tastes great from first crack all the way to the darkest, oily roast. Can’t say the same for any of the South and Latin American coffees I’ve tried. Nmho, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe absolutely beats the very finest Colombian or other American coffee hands down. Very mild with almost no acidity at all and never bitter. Very light amount of chaff too.

I want more beans for my money that’s all

Undeniably a great price for a 3 lb. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe raw coffee beans. When I bought it, the description states that it is "Specialty Grade" which means that it is "Grade 1" coffee (the highest grade). As you can see from the ziplock packaging it came with, it states that the beans are "Grade 2" which means that it is "Premium Grade" that consists of 0-8 defects by definition. I was disappointed on the packaging. The picture has better packaging, certainly and a little deceptive on advertising.
