The screen has a smooth appearance making it stylish to wear. It does track heart rate and it appears pretty accurate. It also can check your blood pressure. However, the blood pressure appears to be a slightly higher reading vs taking it with a traditional blood pressure machine. It can also check your oxygen saturation and temperature. Several different options for fitness and activity tracking. Comes with a magnetic charger. There is an app you can download to change the different display. Easy to setup and user friendly.

This didn’t work the way I thought it would couldn’t change the time to the correct time easily, and it counted extra steps which totally defeated the point of having it lit up at night while I was tracking sleep whenever I moved my arm very disappointed.

Been unable to change the time it has the wrong time on it.
