I have had few packs of this brand of Tiger Milk mushroom to help with lung function over the winter months, you get 1000mg per capsule, the capsule size is ok and there is no after taste, there is no nasty fillers and I have had no negative side effects, it is supposed to help keep mucus off the chest so I will continue to use it for the winter, it comes well packaged in a resealable foil pack and lasts a month.
