Dyson Limited Edition Airstrait Straightener in Jasper Plum - International Version

I purchased this as a gift for my wife, who was in India at the time. I chose this specifically because it was advertised as a limited edition, making it a special gift. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. When my wife finally unboxed the product and plugged it in for the first time, the unit was completely dead and would not turn on. We followed all troubleshooting steps and contacted Dyson customer care, who advised that the product needed repair but required the purchase invoice. By this time, the Amazon return window had already closed since the product was kept sealed as it was a gift. I immediately contacted the seller multiple times requesting the invoice. It has now been over 8 weeks, with several follow-ups, and the seller has not responded even once. As a result, I am left with a very expensive, non-functional product and no support. This was my hard-earned money, spent with trust, and what was meant to be a thoughtful gift turned into stress and regret. I sincerely hope Amazon reviews and takes action against sellers like this so that other customers don’t face the same situation. I strongly advise buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this seller.

Price dropped 300 dhs the very next day! I mean 😭 why? I am so frustrated 😣 I received the air strait today and tried it quickly. Seems that it’s going to be my favorite item.
