since this is such a large what is the best way to store this

Perhaps this is too large of a container for you then. We use a lot of soy sauce in cooking and buy this size container 2-3 times a year.I did a google search and found this:4. Soy SauceShelf life: 1 yearJust like fish sauce, soy sauce is fermented and does not need to be refrigerated unless you are keeping it for more than one year.

The label on the container doesn't say MSG free. The ingredients include water, soybeans, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness).So, I guess it doesn't have MSG.

No yeast. The label says It only contains water, non-GMO soybeans, salt and alcohol (to preserve). Highly concentrated so use it with more water or sparingly. Great stuff!!
