Great corner desk
I was a little worried about purchasing a desk online, with most having bad reviews about missing pieces, but I decided to go with this one as it had higher reviews and apparently great customer service. The desk was easy enough to set up, but it's definitely better for 2 people. At first it did seem that pieces did not align properly, but after loosening some screws, everything lined up perfectly. The desk seems pretty sturdy, it doesn't wobble around easily, and it has plenty of room. I currently have 2 monitors on the left side of the desk, and a TV on the right side, and it still has room for another monitor. It could probably fit 5 average PC monitors end to end if you really wanted to.The PC holder that comes with the desk is too small for my PC, but that's fine as I have a full sized tower, so it's expected. The quality of the desk seems pretty good as well, pretty smooth but not for writing on directly. I haven't tested using any self-driving screws into the wood yet, as I've been using double-sided adhesive to mount a headset holder under the desk, but I'm pretty sure it can take a self driving screw just fine - my last desk was particle wood and fragile, so a very nice change.Shelves on the side are fantastic as well, a lot of room on them - I put a basket on one shelf to put a lot of loose stuff in it for some attempt at organization.I definitely recommend this desk. I had no pieces missing, instructions were easy enough to understand, and the quality seems great. It even looks a bit professional or modern, which is a plus.

Impressive design and very impressive manufacturing
A minor update: After using the desk for a month, I have noticed one drawback. The edges of the desk are sharp enough to irritate my wrists as I type and use the mouse. If I use a palm rest up the edge it alleviates the problem, but it tends to shift around, exposing the wrist. Possibly some transparent tape will solve the problem, but I haven't tried it yet.I have never assembled furniture with more exacting attention to design and manufacturing. The steel frame is assembled with M6 machine screws, not sheet or wood screws. All 25 threaded holes in the frame were exactly aligned with piece attachment holes, providing for frustration free assembly. The welding in frame parts is, well, beautifully done. The ~1 1/4" desktops are made of sturdy MDF, covered on all sides with hard vinyl veneer (yes, even the bottom). The hardware supplied was exactly the correct amount, with an "extras" bag of at least two of each hardware type to cover loss during assembly or packaging. The extra hardware was not required. The design is as described in the advertisement, so no complaints. My personal tastes would have preferred 1/2" more in height to make it a standard 31". I also would have preferred 1" more depth. Both of those issues are minor and easily tolerated. The computer tray design is interesting, in that its construction differs from the desk. It matches the desk in aesthetics, but uses self tapping wood screws, rather than machine screws to attach plastic gliders rather than casters. Although I did not need the tray, I used it anyway, as the gliders did make it easier to slide the computer out and back in for wire arrangement. It fits a mid-ATX tower exactly. The only quality flaw I could find is on one corner of the desktop there was a minor chip in the vinyl veneer (in picture), that looks like it might have been caused in shipping. It is easily dealt with and I only mention it for completeness.Assembly took about 90 minutes, but I could repeat it in 35 to 40 minutes. The rest of the time was spent in familiarization. The instructions suggest two people for assembly and supply two of every tool that you need (I didn't use the supplied tools, as I have a rather complete workshop with speedier tools). The shipping was expedient, arriving at the door in two days at 6:45 AM in a large box truck. They driver did back over a wild flower bed on the way out, but I am surprised he was able to get out at all, as we live in forested land with a 500 foot curvy driveway. They're perennials and its the end of the season. They'll be back next year, so no real harm.In summary, I am completely satisfied with the product and service.

Love this desk!
I had been shopping for an L-shaped desk for a while and decided to pull the trigger on this one based on positive reviews.I was very pleased with what was delivered! Carefully packaged components in the box. Desktop material is heavy/sturdy. It's not solid wood but you would not expect it at this price point. Appearance is exactly what I was looking for - almost like reclaimed barnwood. Some of the "cracks" looked so real I had to run my finger over them to confirm they weren't real (they weren't). Great warm/industrial look.Assembly was fairly quick even with one person. I recommend two people for the project just for the sake of speed/efficiency. Took me about an hour on my own.The final product is as described in the product description. Sturdy, with good storage space on the two shelves. I have four monitors and the 2 x 2 configuration on either side of the L-shaped desk is exactly what I had envisioned. Great product!!

Solid frame with a simple design.
Just finished assembling this L shape desk this week for my home office and so far, I am very pleased with the results, both in the look and functionality of the desk. Especially at this price point. Starting from unboxing, the desk arrived secure and with all the assembly materials needed. All pieces, from the frame to the desk itself were in great condition. The bolts and tools required to assemble the desk are neatly packaged in their own individual bags, and labeled. Which is nice. Directions for assembling are straight forward. It took me maybe an hour to put it all together. The manufacturer recommends not to tighten down the bolts as you assemble it, and I agree with their advice. Keep the bolts hand tight as you piece things together. Allow for small adjustments here and there. Once everything is in place, start tightening everything down, until the desk is how you like it. This worked well for me.As far as the quality of the material is concerned. The frame is solid. More so than I thought it would be. This is where the quality of the desk lies. Now, the desk itself is exactly what I knew I was buying. Recycled pressed material, hollowed out. The design is great however. I really like the color and finish of the desk. I've been using my mouse without a mouse pad with no issues, so the grain isn't an issue. Yes, there is a grain texture to desk. It's rather nice.Overall, great desk, especially for the price.
