Works very well for our needs
This case works well for elderly mother and her caregivers. We fill containers and leave directions inside the box. Each day's meds can be set out for use. The lids are very secure which might be difficult for elderly fingers but also might prevent them from accessing meds if that's a concern. Each slot opens separately which means no spilling the rest and easy to set out if assisting is necessary. The backup space is nice for the random "as needed" or different time of day pill. There is plenty of space in each slot for pills. Other types had too much room and weren't compact as this set is. This has been getting daily use for almost a year and have had no issues with it at all. The markings are still crisp to read and the lids all work as if they were new! Having two sets makes it easier to stay on top of refills. This set works very well for a good price.

Good product
Works well small glitch's in program every once in a while I have to reset it. Holds a good amount of Medicine look good. Good value for what it does. It’s nice not having to worry about getting the right medication out twice a day and on time. It has an alarm.

Best automated Bluetooth dispensing tray on the market
For the money, this is the best tray for people who want to take daily medication’s and have a caregiver facilitate those meds. It is clear to see what pills you have left for the month because of the clear lid and then also the fingerprint TECHNOLOGIES is phenomenal.

Easy to use!
Purchased for an autistic family member. He has been using it for about 3 weeks now and so far, the dispenser is working great! Love the convenience of using an app to program the alarms and a fingerprint to open the lid for medication refills. Having the unit stationary on the counter and his pills dropping into a tray has been the best feature for our family - no more expensive units being dropped and broken as they are turned upside down to dispense the medication! The only issue we have run into is not being able to easily add another caregiver (fingerprint) after the initial setup. Other than that, we are extremely happy with the product and wish we had purchased sooner. EDIT: Just after leaving this review, we found the option in the app to add another user/ fingerprint….and, for the first time, the dispenser malfunctioned and did not drop the pills into the tray for one of the times we have set for the day. Keeping an eye on it and will update again if it continues to happen.

Misses dose alarms, fails to drop doses, does not dispense whan alarm goes off
SERIOUS DESIGN FLAWS Extremely frustrating. No manual or directions except for a few videos on YouTube. This pillbox dispenser worked for a couple weeks, then it stopped dispensing pills. 1. The little flap that has to open in order for the pills to drop into the drawer would not work. The pill box would rotate, and alert to take the medicine, but the pills wouldn't drop into the drawer. Spent fruitless hours on the app trying to troubleshoot, or to adjust, or even to reset the dang thing. Finally, I forced the little flap open. Then it wouldn't close. I left the pill box out overnight, and somehow it closed the flap and rotated to the morning dose - then the flap opened as it should, and then it opened as it should to drop the pills into the drawer. Update - the next day, it stopped dropping pills again. 2. There are inconsistent methods to wake this up. They say hold the standby button down for 3 seconds. Sometimes that works, but most of the time it doesn't. There is no telling what will wake up the machine. Sometimes if I press the cancel button six times in a row that works. Sometimes if I press the standby button 10 times in a row that works Sometimes if I just hold down the standby button that works. 3. If you need to take your pills early, theoretically, the "advance" button should dispense your pills. (Please view section 2 where there are no consistent ways to wake up this machine.) After finally waking up the machine, I press the advance button. Nothing happens. I hold down the advance button. I push it many times in a row. Nothing happens. I cannot advance the medicine. When you can FINALLY advance so that you can take a dose early (I still have no idea what magical button combination made it advance), the medicine wheel will still rotate at the time of your next alarm. So if you have to take your breakfast dose early, so you advance the unit at 7:00 a.m. to take your 9:00 a.m. dose, your 9am alarm will still rotate to the next compartment (the noon dose). So at 9:00 a.m., it will advance and dispense your noon dose - And now the machine will be off by a dose. You cannot backtrack the carousel, And you cannot lift it to reposition it, because it has no bottom and all the pills will fall out. 4. Strange hiccups and unexplained incorrect doses. I bought this for my husband. I will have it all set up and good to go. Then when I check on it the next day, it is on the wrong dose. This is incredibly frustrating, and also extremely dangerous. I got this because some of my husband's pills are so small that with the flip machines the small pills jump the track into other compartments. So I got this one that doesn't flip over to dispense. Nothing but trouble. I'm going to return it and buy an identical carousel from a different seller, to see if there's any difference. It's the only one of its kind on the market that doesn't cost 400 bucks, so fingers crossed. Anyways, I would absolutely not recommend this for anybody who has problems keeping track of their pills, what time they take their pills, or have technological difficulties because they'll have to troubleshoot this bloody thing.

A much better dispenser!!
I have used these dispensers several times and this one is different. No more flipping the dispenser when retrieving meds! No more displaced tiny pills! This dispenser drops the meds into a cup that flashes and provides music or any custom sound/phrase that you can record. It holds more medicine than my other ones did. Very glad I found this! Competitively priced!

Good but has too many features, I think.
Overall, this is a great product. The directions were easy to understand. The organization was wonderful and being able to put several days worth of medicines was a great design. We used this for my boyfriends Mamaw and she liked it. Her memory is not the greatest so it worked for her till it didn't. There is a function on the pill dispenser to advance the medicine by a dose. I don't know if this only happens when the user phone is directly connected to the WiFi or if it works at certain times but she was able to advance her meds and get her meds sooner than she needed them. I did not like this function at all so instead of playing around with it, i just decided to send it back and try something else. Overall a good product though.

Works well, but you may need to have some skill to keep pills from not dispensing.
I like it, the sounds can be annoying but you can silence them if you don't need an audible reminder to take your pills. Only issue I have had is that if you take enough pills to almost fill the hoper you actually have to orient the pills correctly so that they come out. Gel caps and gummies that are large can stick and don't get dispensed if you put them in the small end of the pie slice shaped chamber instead of putting them in the big end. Even if you drop the pill in and it "fits" the other pills can end up re-orienting the pills so that they become wedged. Putting the biggest pills in the big end and putting the smaller pills on top of the big pills can help them not get "wedged". Maybe a future version can have both a trap door and a pusher to unstick the pills when dispensing.
