Great yoga mat for beginners
Bought as a gift for someone new to yoga so they have poses to try at home. Comfortable, not thick, but enough for yoga. Easy to roll up and carry too. Good value for money

Detailed yoga positions
I purchased this mat a few years ago when I was first learning yoga, the illustrations helped immensely with the moves, & comes with its own handy bag, with shoulder strap making it easier for practice, but it’s quite thin & found I needed to invest in a much thicker mat cause I have arthritis in my knees
