Vibration Plate Darkgray

Have had this plate for a few months now and I really like it! I find it really relaxing and to get my back better, I sit on it, on one of the foot areas. It gives my back muscles a much needed tension release! I also like the settings it offers. You can adjust the time duration and how fast the plate vibrates. However, I have never used the bluetooth it has on it and never will. One thing that really annoys me is every single time it is turned on it says very loudly, "BLUETOOTH MODE ON!" It's like it screams it at you and I have not found a way to turn it off. I am willing to overlook this because I love the functionality of it so much and it really does relieve headaches, leg aches and back pain. Not a cure all, but it is helpful! I use it about every other day.

I bought it because I wanted something practical to work out at home, and I was really surprised by how complete it is. It has several speeds and intensity levels that you can definitely feel, and the best part is that you can control it with the remote without having to bend down. The non-slip design makes it feel very safe to use, and it also comes with resistance bands to work your arms and back.

I suffer from lower back pain and I was looking for ways to help manage the pain. I did some research and found that vibration plates are good to ease back pain. I've used this vibration plate 3 times and I already notice the difference not just with my back pain but overall. I like that it has Bluetooth and it's very simple to use but effective. The only con I have is the resistance bands don't provide enough resistance for me so I use my own. I wear cushioned socks for a little extra comfort.

This electric foot massager is incredible. It has different intensity levels and feels like a professional massage. After a few minutes of use, tension disappears and circulation improves. Ideal for those who spend a lot of time on their feet or suffer from tired feet.

Love it noticing the difference immediately. My only complaint would be the short cord need an extension for convenience close to the plug other than that worth the purchase

My legs swell so bad from sitting at work for 8 hrs a day and tried so different machines, meds and socks to help but nothing seemed to keep the swelling from coming back. I tried this and wow what a difference after a few days of using it. My legs don't swell like they used to and im using the lowest setting right now, as there are multiple speeds I can use if needed. With less swelling i know have more energy for walks . I was impressed with no effort to use it and small enough to store under my bed. This plate is strong enough to support a 300 lbs person which i needed sad to admit. So if your needing help with swelling or any workout I recommend it!!!
