Nice salty taste, but negligible cheese flavor, and I can achieve the same saltiness from MSG (which I wouldn’t want to use!) or salt.

The best popcorn salt—don’t settle for substitutes. It’s also good on potatoes, soup, vegetables, and even on buttered toast. I do wish it had a higher cheese-flavor-to-salt ratio, but I still love it!!

Huge. Using enough of it it does smell like cheese there's a little to no flavor the color is white and it works well in my rice. It's a powder.
