I ordered the smaller size chart; you really need the larger one to read it easily. It is thin aluminium and came badly bent in two places - I had to put a heavy book over it and stand on it to try and flatten it which was only partiality successful. However my main concern is that the 'servings' are all given in either 3 oz or cup sizes whereas almost all the product information on food is now given is per 100 gram amounts so that it is really complicated to make a computation. In my opinion the chart is out of date and should read in reference to 100 gram amounts.
