When you hit that mid life crisis. Try you some Kellogg's Special K. It helps you poop in the morning. It makes you feel healthy because there is dried fruit in it. I never have, but if you must- put sugar on top. They really have improved the flake formula since the start of flake cereal was invented. They stay crispy in milk for a while - so it's not a race to finish a bowl. Take your time and enjoy every bite. Remember- this is a mid-life crisis cereal. If you are eating this you are most likely half dead. As soon as the switch to Raisin Bran happens- your usually too old to even care what you are eating. Just happy to wake up alive another day. Huzzah.

Delicious, fresh, satisfying, cost effective! This cereal is a big hit in my house. I add more strawberries and some sliced almonds to boost the protein content.

This tastes so good I eat it for breakfast and lunch for my calorie deficit and it keeps me full and has a good texture. It's easy to prepare and a good value for the money. It's never stale always fresh only issue is the box is sometimes crushed but not the actual cereal itself.

I’m a big kid at heart and I don’t like plain things. Especially a morning meal. I’m not a huge breakfast eater and enjoy lunch about 1 pm. This cereal is something special. Whispers it’s the fresh dried strawberries. I might eat some before bed. I oftentimes squeeze an extra meal in. Try them, they are extra specially good!!! Good value for the money too.
