They have to be held in place as you step into your shoes. Kinda takes getting used to as you walk. But they are sturdy and they do the trick.

They were as what they say they are if you grown get the wider ones.

The price point was good. These tend to slide a bit if u start to walk fast or run. If your shoes are tight it ok but if looser then they may slide a bit forward just keep that in mind

These heel lifts are very comfortable and really help with my heel issues. You get a pair and they fit snuggly in shoes and I haven't noticed my foot slipping at all. Sometimes I even tape them into my sandals and they work fine. They may not work for everyone but they help with my back of the heel issues.
