The blade has a blade made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel and has a typical Scandinavian finish that allows easy re-sharpening. In the front area, the blade thickness is tapered to allow even finer carving. As with other Moracniv models, the back of the blade is deliberately edged, so it can be used as a friction surface for the fire starter. The burned orange handle made of non-slip TPE plastic ensures a secure grip when you work.
