This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It has a very nice water sound to it. The lights make it really beautiful. She enjoys playing quietly in her room so that she can hear the water. Very relaxing. I think that I might have to purchase another one for myself! Also, customer service it great. The company has contacted me twice since I purchased this to make sure that I was completely happy. I am.

The fountain is beautiful, the motor silent, the LED lights breathtaking and very easy to add water from the front entrance without having to turn it around and it does not splash out.

I received this in a slightly compromised box (both the shipping box and the product box). The styrofoam inside looked like it had already been removed at some point. Then the actual product: there were highly visible, huge clumps of hot glue in several places, including on the grate where the water flows, as well as broken off pieces. But I thought maybe I was accidentally shipped a previously returned product because surely, they would not sell something like this to anyone. I let them send me a replacement and it was in the same condition - clumps of glue, broken off pieces including the actual pump - the whole nine. But this time the boxes were NOT compromised which says to me, that this company is just selling shoddy product.

This fountain is the newest addition to my treasures lol, it's quiet with just the right level water sound,beautiful lights just awesome!!

If you've ever been to the San Diego Fair, then you've seen this fountain before. I didn't want to buy one there this year, so I was very excited when I found them here. Works great so far, I have two other fountains that work great after years (though, not from here, but from the fair and definitely the same company making them).Only cons are that I had a lot of pieces fall out of it that broke off the inside when I first opened the box. I almost returned it immediately, but I decided to fill it up and make sure it worked fine, and it did. It also has a small amount of splash, so make sure whatever you put this on can handle a tiny amount of water on it.Last, I wished this seller had more of the bigger fountain options from the fair, I know there's probably no correlation, but I cant find these fountains anywhere else online. This part isn't really part of the review, but rather me just letting them know they should add more options to their catalog.

The LED lights was one of the key reasons I purchased the water fountain and it stopped working after 5 months of occasional use. The fountain is still operational and is a beautiful piece but I expected better quality given the price.

Like the elephant theme most of all. Could use a volume control and/or light control, like all white lights that dont flash. But that is just me. Otherwise very nice.

It was very beautiful and soothing at first, but after a few months I realized my desk at work was wet and there was a leak in the fountain. I tried to locate where the leak was coming from so that I could possibly fix it but was unsuccessful in finding it. So I wasted my money and also was unable to contact the seller.
