I’ve tried the Prime Hydration Ice line before it was rebranded to Zero and was a big fan of the lighter flavors compared to the regular Prime bottles. Flavor-wise, the Cherry Ice and Orange Ice are my favorite. I know these are supposed to be lighter in flavor, but I think the Berry Ice lacks in sweetness. The initial sip is super light, and some of the flavor tastes watered-down. However, I know flavor is subjective and many will love this lighter taste of Prime. One thing I always recommend is that Prime tastes best when cold. The texture clean and easy to drink, closer to water than thicker electrolyte drinks, which makes it easy to finish a full bottle (great for zero sugar). It feels refreshing without being chalky. From a hydration standpoint, it does a good job at quenching thirst and feels like a solid everyday hydration option rather than an overly intense sports drink. Overall, these are solid flavors in the Prime lineup. I’d recommend it for people who didn’t enjoy the OG Prime flavors and were hoping for something not as sweet. Those who prefer stronger flavors may want to try anything other than the Ice/ Zero line. I’d consider buying this flavor again.
