Well made & good functionality
Great little saucepan & with the lip makes it super easy to pour liquids. Really well made & the lid fits extremely well. Handle doesn't get hot. Comes out of the dishwasher perfect & easy to wash by hand. Great value for money - will last years!!

Perfect small saucepan.
Perfect size saucepan for smaller servings, as described and exactly what I wanted. Good quality manufacture and guarantee. Great price in sale. Very happy with my purchase.

Certainly good by my standards - pity about a minor ambiguity in the instructions.
I bought two of these - first the 18cm size to evaluate and then the 20cm size. I wanted them specifically to use with the 'sense-boil' setting of my AEG hob - this applies maximum power to the pan and, when it senses that the water is boiling, turns it down to a simmer. My impression of both pans is good. They appear well made and, although there is a slight roughness on the pouring lips of one, they are well finished and seem to be of good quality. Of course the handles get hot - metal handles always will so this is not a complaint. The 18cm pan came with basic instructions, though the 20cm one came with nothing (not even a makers box). The instructions, however, advised against the use of the pan on very high heat settings, though without specifically saying that they are not suitable, and this was exactly what I wanted to do. There was nothing on the online listing to suggest that they were not suitable so I felt that I would have been justified in returning them but this would have left me without pans. I decided to test them. I subjected both pans, on receipt, to three applications of the 'sense-boil' facility, allowing full cooling between cycles. They performed well, without problem, and the 'sense-boil' worked as expected. Based on this, I decided to keep them and only time will show how well they perform when in normal use over a longer period. In summary, I regard the pans as very good but am disappointed by the ambiguity in the instructions and the nagging doubt that it has left regarding the suitability for my purpose.

A very good saucepan
Love this saucepan, I use it every day. It has one small problem: the handle on the lid does get very hot when in use. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

9 years of use and still a Solid reliable saucepan
I've had this for 9 years now and is absolutely solid and now bought another as I find myself needing 2 big saucepan for when I doing a large batch cook. One underated feature is the pour lip, as it allows you to drain liquids easily. Also to whoever is reading this, a bit of advice I would give is unless your frying lots of stuff any stainless steel cooking saucepan if made correctly will last you a long time (10 years+) as you don't need to worry about scratching it at all unlike nonstick which in most cases fails after 2-3 years and can actually burn if your using to high a temperature.

Well made saucepan with draining lid.
One of the best saucpans I've had. The draining lid is a touch of genius. Worth the extra. Very well made. Thick metal and the rivets are very strong. It feels very good to use.

Very highly recommended. Will last for years as it's so well made.
A truly great product, highly recommend. I would say without hesitation it has been made to a very high quality and the slightly higher sides than some other 16cm pans means less spilling when stirring! We've been using this for almost two weeks and we know it will be superb.

Good one!

The packaging shows the size 18 cm saucepan but the saucepan inside was the next larger size listed for sale, the 19 cm wide and 12 cm high. This is a mixup in factory?
