Kowellsonic CE-3200 Mini Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner Kit Daily Care Fast Cleaning New-Green

I don't really know how much cleaning this product does. There's really no way for me to tell unless maybe if I held my lens under a microscope. All I know is that my contacts feel more comfortable when I wear them. I don't have to touch the lenses to clean them which I would imagine affects the wear & tear of the material. However, I do soak them overnight as well. I am not the type of person who wears their contacts while sleeping. I just wonder where people put their contacts after the 2 minute cleaning cycle. Back in their eyes? Anyway, I like the fact that I don't need to fuss cleaning the lenses in my palm using my pinky, cleaning both sides of the lens, flipping it over wondering if I've turned them inside out etc. I like this product & I will buy it again just for the convenience of not fussing with my daily lens cleaning.

I've had this product for about a week now. I think that this product is pricey for the work that it does. Before getting this product I would only be able to leave my contacts in for a few hours. They would get dry and cloudy. After getting this product I see a little improvement. I can now wear them for about 8 hours. I give four stars because this piece of plastic isn't work the price but it did make a difference. I use the 5 min cleanse only because it's more effective for me. I did find a product that was half this price and wish I bought that one because it probably would have done the same job. It does work for me, but the price is outrageous. Happy shopping

AVOID!Yikes—really hate this device! NOT USER FRIENDLY! The first usage I accidentally very slightly dropped the lens basket back into the reservoir of lens solution (the pull up tab is minuscule for all but the most petite tiny hands) and my soft lenses vanished out of the baskets into the reservoir below it; I had to retrieve my lenses by slowly emptying the reservoir into my hand and looking carefully for my lenses within my palm.Yikes!Thankfully my prescription is identical for both my eyes, so this wasn’t the worst hassle—but most others would have to figure which lens is which.I’ll never use this stupid machine again, and Amazon won’t return it, so I’ll just throw it out. My advice is to only use this if you are very dexterous with very small tiny petite hands, essential to reach the tiny minuscule tab that lifts the lens basket.Much better suited for RGP wearers who are used to much more lens hassles and issues, and whom have learned much more delicate lens handling skills from their hard lenses. This device IS NOT FOR THE AVERAGE SOFT CONTACT LENS WEARER!

My take on this product is disappointing, it's hard to tell that this product does much of anything at all except warm the solution. I never got the feeling that the ultrasonic or vibrating functionality ever worked, it makes no noise, the solution does not move or shimmer at all. As to the cleaning aspect of the product the only thing I can compare is the comfort of the lenses wearing them which was only slightly better than without using it after 30 days. But I'm not sure that wasn't from the heating aspect of the unit. In summary I probably won' t have bought the unit in the first place.

I honestly cant say I see it doing anything or see much of a difference in the cleaning result of my contacts. It isnt making them worse, but I change my pair every 2 weeks. I hear a sort of high pitched squeel when the unit is in "cleaning mode" not sure if its the cleaning process or just the sound of the light activating. Some reviewers posted that their solution was warmed after the cleaning time, mine is still the same temperature as before the cleaning. I bought one for my daughter as well and she agrees with me.

Purchased 'Kowellsonic CE-3200' WITH 'kowellsonic label' & being sold by Kowell - since I thought it might be better than the virtually same item which can be had direct from China - for $23 (I paid $45.91) Well, the return is easier since I went thru Amazon; and did not have it slow boated from China.. But the 'kowellsonic label' is a printed piece of sticky white paper on the outside of the box - QUOTING: 'with kowellsonic label'Anyway - the labeling is not the problem. The problem is the unit does NOT work. NOTHING. Right out of the box... The 'on' light comes on - but believe me - there are NO ultrasonic cleaning waves being produced... absolutely nothing. Had to clean my contacts by (horror) hand... However, since I purchased the 'expensive' version - Amazon is providing a return shipping label; and I'm out just a bit of time. Probably some of these might work... but that is a hit and miss. So, don't bother. Get a much larger unit from somewhere; and put your contacts into one of those hand contact wash baskets... and use something which will work. Or take your chances on this thing. But Quality Control is not good.

Having been a 35+ year wearer of contacts and having tried every cleaning product under the sun for protein removal, I was skeptical, but decided to try it as I was having to throw away my contacts every 2-weeks. I start by cleaning them with a daily cleaner, then put them in the unit for 2 minutes with saline solution, then take them out of the unit and into my usual disinfectant. They are like new every morning and I am on my 4th week with the same lenses. Using the unit is an extra step from my prior routine of daily cleaner then disinfect, but it has been well worth it. No more oily spots on the lenses and comfortable to wear.

Been using this for over 2 months and works just as good as previous one did that quit because of rust buildup where a.c. plug plugs into. Contacts feel new every time after put through this cleaner. This will save you time and money as I have been using the same pair of contact since I 1st got this machine. I clean my lenses daily with this machine but only have to change the fluid 2x per week. I think after a few more months of use the machine will pay for it self, save time as it takes about a minute to put your contacts in or out. Comes with accessories such as suction stick, contact lens case, mirror and tweezers.
