Q: Can i pre cook these lasagna noodles?

Sorry, I have never used Briella's Lasagna, nor have I precooked their spaghetti or fettucini noodles.

Q: Has anyone made the lasagne? How did the texture turn out?

I have made lasagna three times since purchasing this GF pasta. It is awesome, cooks up greatly. The noodles are amazing and thin, if you like a thicker noodle in your lasagna, you can double layer them. I hope this helps.
