Love this ricer
This makes mashed potatoes so much easier and better. The more you mash with a masher, the more gluey the potatoes become. This ricer gives you smooth, creamy potatoes that have a better texture. Love it!

When ricing potatoes, always make sure they are cooked to most tender condition before attempting to use and I would recommend peeling and quartering before boiling to get a better effect

Works great but I wish it were bigger so I could rice more potatoes at a time. I love the stainless steel. Easy way to make mashed potatoes without the mess and hassle of getting out the beaters
