SwitchBotHub 3 for Home Automation, Matter Bridge Smart Home Hub with IR & Bluetooth Remote, work as a WiFi Thermometer Hygrometer, Supports Alexa/Apple HomeKit/Google Home/IFTTT

I’ve been using this SwitchBot Hub 3 for a few days now, and it’s quickly become a central part of my home automation setup. The installation was super straightforward, I had it connected to my devices and integrated with Alexa and HomeKit in less than 10 minutes.What really stands out is the versatility. The IR remote function is brilliant, I was able to control my old air conditioning unit, which isn’t smart, directly from my phone. It’s like giving a second life to some of my older tech.The built-in thermometer and hygrometer are a nice bonus. It’s been helpful to get accurate readings for different rooms, especially when trying to fine-tune the heating and cooling.So far, everything has been responsive and stable. It’s honestly taken my home automation to the next level without needing to replace existing gear. Very impressed!

Wow! Setup was easy.Quick software update and a sheer thing of beauty on my desk.I turned on Matter in Home Assistant, and in the switchbot app. Cut and pasted the code into HA and hey presto. I'll update once I've tinkered a bit. Curtains and door lock to be controlled. As well as very many sensors. I already have the curtains set to close when it gets too hot.Switchbots commitment to Home Assistant integration and local processing so internet isn't needed to function is awesome.

The media could not be loaded. Really impressed with the SwitchBot Hub 3 so far. It feels really well made—the dial is super solid and satisfying to use, and the screen is nice and clear. One of the best parts is the built-in temperature and humidity sensor (which is actually in the USB-C cable, not the hub itself—smart design!).It connects easily with my other devices—TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, and all my SwitchBot gear. Matter support, ties everything together really well. With integration with platforms like Philips Hue through HomeKit.Overall, it’s a great little hub that does a lot, looks good, and just works.
