This is my third kids smart watch I’ve tried. The other two connected through apps that kept saying offline despite the watch being online. Because of this I couldn’t enter the important numbers my 7 yr old needed to contact me. This watch was different everything is entered through the watch. It doesn’t have an app to connect thru so I can’t track her but it’s so simple to use she easily picked up on how to call me just press the mom icon. It has games that will keep her entertained as well. It works perfectly I can call her and she can call me. I’m very excited to finally find a watch that works. I highly recommend this watch.I only gave it four stars because we haven’t had it long and I’m not sure how long the battery life last or if it will suddenly stop working. I’ll update this in a month or so.

It has been used for a while and it feels good! It is a gift for my daughter! She is also very happy! The operation is convenient, all the settings are made by the daughter himself, you can take pictures! Fully charged for 3 days! You can save three numbers! There are several games! The touch screen is very accurate!

If there is anyone out there that is thinking about buying a smart watch for their kid, but are not sure because of the technology, do not think anymore and buy this watch, in our country the 2G GSM technology is supporte, more specifically my kid has a Movistar number. It works great. He calls me and I can call him back.The internal memory is very limited, but that problem was fixed by adding a memory card, he can take lots of pictures play games and more importantly call me (which was the initial reason why we got the watch).I am happy and my son is very happy too.

Couldn’t get my SIM card to work with this watch, no GPS which is most important to me as a parent. That’s not the manufacturer fault though, I should have read the description better.

Cannot get the watch to actually work. No sim card, no amount of 'activation' will actually get it activated. No customer support either.

The problem was that I could not get a phone company to activate it to make calls. We use Verizon. They will only activate their Gidget watch. I went to T mobile both stores I went to said they would not be able to activate it. AT and T said they could put a Chopin but since I do not have AT and T, it would cost about$50 a month to make the phone calling work.
