This is a really cool bowl or hot bowl fits a pack of ramen perfectly but also keeps food so insulated that you could literally put uncooked pasta in here with boiling water and leave it for 20 minutes and come back to cooked pasta. If you put two eggs in here and pour boiling water on top put the lid on and wait about 15 to 20 minutes you have soft boiled eggs. This is mostly what I use this bowl for. I originally bought it to keep soup hot straight out of the pan however it keeps the soup too hot I couldn't eat it I had to move it to a regular bowl.

Just what I expected! Excellent quality and sturdy design

This review is about the yeti bowl versatility of use. The reason I’ve given this Yeti bowl only a 4Star, is because of the hole in the lid. How are we to transport hot food, or any liquid food? it needs to be where nothing will leak out. I’m only guessing the hole is the vent some heat release, like if you’re having hot soup or like the noodles you have to pour the boiling water over and let it sit for three minutes. I get that, but it should have an additional lid without a hold with the set for us that wants to transport things without it leaking, so that’s why I gave this bowl Only four stars. Truly I have not tested the bowl, but as far as yeti goes, they their name stand behind their products. I love Yeti, but I’m disappointed with the set without having an extra lid. It’s useless to me. I have no need for an SS vacuum bowl to eat cereal out of. I needed it for hot items because it is stainless steel and vacuum sealed. All in all yes the bowl is nice. It’s sturdy it didn’t wobble or anything and such I own yeti I own vacuum seal container containers they are very good. They don’t leak even with liquids in them. I needed a Great Yeti round bowl to transport my soups 🥺😢😭😩

I bought a few of these in different colors and sizes and they are exactly what I wanted. I love using the crockpot for soup, chicken and dumplings, etc., but have cheap daily usage dishes and have literally worn my BBQ mitt to eat out of those things because their heat is nuclear. The 1 quart bowls are awesome for single servings of hot dishes and I don't have to worry about my hand getting scortched. The 2 quart is awesome for guac or pico or something like that. I will eventually get the big one for things like big batches of mac salad for events. Premium price, but quality products.

OK it's a bowl, how great can it be?? SO great! it keeps ice cream cold in hot weather! The last bite of soup or stew is still smoking HOT! No, it's not a thermos, you can't keep your food hot in it all day but once you put stuff in it it STAYS hot or cold til you finish it that's for sure! I had a knockoff one and water got in between the bowl and sides and had to throw out. This piece is SOLID and durable, can't wait to get the flatter ones for pasta!

They’re expensive - so probably a bit unnecessary, but so nice. Lids make leftovers easy to pack, and they nest great. Another solid yeti product. Might get a big one!
