Very gentle, but cleans and rinses well with water only
My dermatologist recommended this cleanser because I have Rosacea, although I have always had sensitive skin. It is very gentle on my face and I believe it has helped greatly improve my skin texture. I don't have the patchy dryness I had before using it. I only wear makeup once or twice a week, but when I do, this cleanser removes it completely with no scrubbing - including my water-based eye makeup. I never have any eye irritation as I would with soap. I love that it does not have any fragrance. You only have to use a very small amount. I use about a pea-sized amount with no makeup. A little more if I have makeup to remove. I rub it between my hands and then use my hands to rinse my face with water only (no washcloth), then blot my face dry with a white towel. I keep one bottle on my bathroom sink and one in the shower.

Eliminate breakouts
I stumbled across this cleanser just looking for something new to try for sensitive skin. I don't have any specific issues, other than occasional breakouts. This cleanser has essentially eliminated breakouts. I love it and have been using it daily for over a year.

A Gentle, soothing, and hydrating cleanser
I bought this to help with an anti-redness cream (specifically, for my chin & the area around my nose). I've only been using it a few days, but it feels and smells great! It's not nearly as harsh as some of the other cleansers I've tried, and I notice the difference in hydration. I only wish I had stumbled onto this cleanser sooner.

Makes my face feel fresh
I have been using this for 4 months now. I use it twice a day, once in the shower in the morning and then at night before bed. I really do not feel clean without using it anymore. I'm not sure if it does anything but I just feel better and the face has stayed clear.

Good product, isn't drying
I received the container with the dispenser so I had to return it. I tried to re-order but they were out. I like the product but it doesn't always remove the dirt.
