This thing is AWESOME!!!! Im 5ft 10 and 160lb and the medium is tight.. I can only get the the 1st set of clips. I’ll be looking forward though to it “cinching” and being and moving down to other clips over the coming months. I’ll try to report back. Best wishes ladies, for that hourglass!

Just what I was looking for! I wanted this for when I do cardio or upper body workouts. I ordered a size small it does fit tight but I am used to wearing fajas so it’s not uncomfortable for me. If you are not familiar with fajas I recommend you size up just to feel comfortable! I am 5’2 weight 153 , hope this helps!

This isn’t my first purchase of this waist trainer. I really like it; it has good structure and material which is why I am ordering another. I only give four stars because of sizing issue. Every time I order the size is off. I measured 38” but I got an XL. I sized down. I went to the last row of hooks immediately. The size chart is bogus. It’s annoying to constantly have to return and order a new one.

Excellent waist trainer, great quality. I just ordered a smaller size as I’m on the tightest level of the medium and I’m ready for a tighter squeeze. For reference I am 124 pounds and my waist is about 31” without the piece on. I ordered the medium first and now I’ve ordered the small (I wear it pretty tight)It does smell the first few days, and I only have 20% of my scent sense haha. But it will go away.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t know how to feel about this honestly, for reference I am 5’1 143lb flat tummy just want to train my waist for the gym and upcoming summer. However, this size small isn’t as tight as I thought it was going to be (even on the last hook) so I might have to size down but why does my right side of my tummy look like that and the other side and normal. I’m afraid if I size down it’s going to be worse. I’ve had multiple past waist trainers and this hasn’t happened but, I wanted to buy this brand for so long and I’m kind of disappointed. I had high expectations for the price.
