Vitamins! Needed something with a lower dose of D3 but still with K2 in it. These did the trick! They are really small and slick!

Totally recommend it
I’ve been taking this Vitamin D3 with K2 for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I feel the difference. My energy levels are higher, my mood is more balanced, and I just feel healthier overall. Raised my D and didn't constipate
Good ratio of mk7 to d3. They have raised my D to mid normal from lower end of normal. I have tried other brands and these don't constipate me.
