Would definitely buy from these folks again. The documentation for the pool heater could be better, but the customer service more than makes up for it! My heater shipped displaying metric and wanted to switch to standard. I called and Jesse had them create a video showing how to do it. I received a link that afternoon, fixed! Speaking with a human is fast and easy!! Thanks Working as advertised. Quiet and effective even in Wyoming. The temperature differential ranges between three and four degrees depending on the day, but when it reaches the desired temperature it holds it well. Ran ours at 92 degrees. 18 foot x 52 inches above ground with an upgraded pump and hard piping. Must use an insulated cover at night, but we had a mild summer this year, with only a few days above 95 degrees. The whole family enjoyed the pool this year. That would not have been possible without this heater! Would have given this heater a five star but it could use an external antenna for the WiFi connection. I will find an extender for my home WiFi to keep it from dropping and having to reconnect daily. The heater works perfectly without it, but I enjoy being able to check or set the temperature from my phone.

Just installed, took our pool from 68 to 85 in just two days! Heavier than expected, good quality. Only issue is the wifi resetting every day and have to manually reconnect. Works great!

Price is reasonable. Has Wifi, which is very convenient.

Unit arrived damaged and failed to heat. After palletizing the unit and lugging it on back to the UPS store two weeks ago for return, still have not received a refund. Hopefully they will do the right thing but I guess we wait to see.

Very quite well made unit. Quickly heated my 3600 gal pool to 85 deg. Stared with the 18000 BTU unit which was not sufficient for my climate which gets down to 50 deg at night. Jessie at customer service was fantastic with helping me get the right size unit. Would recommend getting a bigger unit than what you think you need if you live in a cooler climate.

Installed on a 7000 gallon 18ft round above ground, took a long time to seem to work (nearly 24hr) but pool began to get noticably warmer. It took a few days but now pool is staying where we set it at 88° in 60-75° weather. One note, is that each time it is turned off even for a few minutes the outflow does take awhile to return to warm.

Heater works great ...but dont count on it maintaining connection to wifi

Very satisfied with unit so far! It works as should and heats and cools for the hot summer temperatures here in S.C. I recommend this unit!
