I purchased this nostril retainer set mainly to help with my breathing, as I have a deviated septum from an old injury. Without assistance, it’s hard for me to get proper airflow through one side of my nose, but using this retainer made an immediate difference. I was looking for a product that would help open my nostrils overnight and stumbled upon these. Upon opening, I was pleased to see that these are made from quality silicone and have plenty of both strength and flexibility. They are also very smooth to avoid irritation. They fit my nostrils OK. I ordered size 7-8 and could have probably gone a little larger. I had a little trouble keeping them in place overnight. They were also a bit uncomfortable, impacting my sleep initially, though it became a little easier over time. The results were about as expected - mild improvements in my nasal passage through a slight reshaping, no huge dramatic changes but noticeable nonetheless.
