Still new, but so far I'm loving it!

So easy to begin!! No issues! Exactly what I expected!

Disappointed that you have to pay for the embroidery portion but overall my wife loves it

I received the thread package in extremely poor condition. It was clearly a return—the box was badly damaged, the labels on the threads were detached, and several spools had already begun to unravel. The presentation was unacceptable and disappointing. Given the brand reputation, this experience does not reflect the quality one would expect from Brother. It’s something potential customers should seriously consider before making a purchase. One forced star!

Not user friendly

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Software is not helpful what so ever and you have to pay and the machine needle keeps breaking the thread even with constant adjustment would not recommend

Nice machine. The user interface is a bit strange and takes some getting used to. The auto threader takes more time than just doing it by hand. While unboxing - DO NOT MISS the little white bag of accessories that is tucked into the white Styrofoam. This has your embroidery foot and other things you'll need. Needless to say... I missed it. Called Brother customer service and they gave me a very strange reason why they would not send out a replacement, even after offering to purchase it. The agent was disingenuously apologetic and apathetic to my plight. Somewhat disappointed. What's also frustrating is there is an overpriced, monthly subscription if you want to use 99% of the embroidery patterns.

Ordered the sewing machine bundled with extra feet and needles, I didn't receive the extra feet or needles.
