Thank you for your interest in Carroll Shelby Chili. One suggestion is our Honest To Texas Chili: Follow our recipe on our box but substitute 2 lbs.cubed or coarsely chopped beef for the ground beef. Brown in 1 tbsp. oil. Increase cooking time to 1 hour (it’s worth the wait!) or until tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Q: The listing when i search "carroll shelby's original texas chili" says "3.7 ounce (pack of 8)" but on listing page there is no mention of "pack of 8"?

I can only tell you that when I last ordered this, it came in as 8 boxes with each box marked 3.65 ounces. I can add that I love this product and it is the only one I use to prepare my chili. I hope this helps you.
