Great taste and texture!

The salmon ships overnight and it is the best I have found. Alot are to sweet to salty and fishy. The garlic pepper has a great taste not to strong.

My wife and college kids are sushi lovers and smoke salmon eaters, and I love fresh tasty food.I made a couple orders with one sent to one of my kids in college, she gave me two thumbs upand said it was like a luxury item - the best smoke salmon she has ever eaten! Very good when pre sliced!

I ordered this product upon recommendation from a friend and found it to be very high quality with great flavor. The store bought salmon doesn’t taste like this. Comes in very convenient packing and the individual units are perfect size.

I've reordered many times and am never disappointed. Today: small plate, appetizer.. yum! As, always high quality. Delicate and luscious. Great with a sake martini, twist of lemon!

Arrived frozen and is poor quality and poor taste. Complete waste of money!
