No, our Cacao Powder is not raw. The beans are briefly roasted for flavor development and food safety purposes. While the exact processing details are proprietary, we are happy to report that it is gentle enough to preserve the valuable flavanols and other polyphenols that help made cacao the superfood it is! おいしいです！

GODIVAのホットチョコレート缶のダークがお気に入りでしたが、近頃入手できなくなり買えるところがあっても今までの3倍の価格で困っていました。こちらは無糖なので、甘みははちみつやオリゴ糖で調整してますがとても風味と香りがよく美味しいです。GODIVAより甘味が自分で調整できるし、安いのでいい買い物ができました。

薄くして飲んでます

便通の改善を主に期待して始めてみました。昼食後の一息に一杯、飽きない程度に飲んでいます。ミルク類を入れると消化に時間が掛かって夜ご飯の時にお腹が空かないので、このままお湯を大量に注いで薄くして飲んでます。ティースプーン半分くらいに対してお湯をマグカップひたひたまで。甘い物は摂らない習慣なのでそのまま。カカオ自体が美味しいのでコーヒー気分で飲めます。といってもブラックコーヒーを飲むと胃が痛くなるので、コーヒー気分が本当はよくわからないのですが…。アメリカンコーヒーみたいな印象です。趣向品としても楽しめて健康にも良いなんて素晴らしいです。減りも遅いです。
