Gond katira is something I have been using since childhood, mostly during summer. This has a nice cooling effect, as well as antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. I have been using it for a couple of days now. It is really good. I soak up the small quantity in the night, and in the morning, it is in a jelly-like structure. I use it with the chia seeds and coconut water. A very small amount is needed, so it will last longer for sure. It came well packed.

I have been using gond katira for quite a few years so was very pleased to get this. Gond Katira has natural cooling properties so I use it during the summer months to regulate heat in my body and keep it cool. I use the dissolved gelatinous solution & add it to rose water and drink it everyday during the summer months. This pack contains plenty of gond chips so will last you for a long time. This is resolved in water but when it cools goes back to a gel so you have clumps in the water ?
