Tassyam compound hing is good in taste with strong flavour. Packing should be a little bigger than existing one with same weight to make it user friendly.

Lot of smoke no fire.
I was expecting a lot considering the write up. I used a quarter teaspoon to the dal tadka and was expecting strong aroma. There was none. It added slightly to the taste not much flavor. The lid doesn't close tight and keeps going round. You can't screw it tight. I mean you charge so much and can't provide proper packaging. No value for money. Only heavy write up.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. Falsely labelled.
I bought this ingredient to make Indian snacks and having coeliac disease I bought it because it said gluten free on it. I couldn’t see the ingredients properly from the picture and didn’t bother to look properly as I clearly saw the GF label. Thankfully I tested it with my gluten tester before eating as I would’ve been otherwise sick. On the jar it says contains wheat on one side and Gluten Free on the other. So clearly wrong if the manufacturer - Not the fault of the seller.

Good
Being a hingoholic I just had to try a different varieties of hings. This is a more budget friendly hing, but I prefect tassyam's kabuli hing's more intense flavor
