So after reading all the reviews here, I decided to try them! I waited a month before writing a review. My verdict is they have helped me a great deal! When I first started, my reading were 280-300. Very high! I would wake up in the mornings with a high reading. I was getting frustrated because nothing was helping. I already take 1000 mg in the morning and again at night of Metformin. Then my doctor wanted to start me on other medication on top of this! Eye opener! I’m eating smaller portions and drink my Glucerna milkshake in the morning for a meal replacement then I take 2 of of the Organic GYMNEMA in the morning then I take 2 at night before bed with my metformin. It now is at 222! Yea, it’s still pretty high but it has dropped from close to 300! I just ordered more. You do get 2 bottles which is great! I’m also loosing weight! Helps carve my eating. I will continue this product and make small changes in my eating habits.I have faith that I will continue to loose the weight and faith that my sugar levels will also drop even more. Remember, small changes are BIG changes in your body! Then go on to another small change. You’ll get there! I recommend this product 100%.

These things gs took me nmby surprize. They really do work. I struggle with emotional eating and when I happen to eat a junk food, it doesn't taste comforting. If that makes sense to anyone It just tastes bla. Been taking them for a little over 2 month. Even when I didn't take th them, I noticed the (obvious) change in about 3 days. And you don't crave the sweets stuff. Went to my son-s wedding and could only take a little bite of the wedding cake, it was way too sweet for me. Half a bite of a finger cookie and threw the rest out. Stuff really does work.
