As answered by others, the dolls are not made in China. They're really beautifully made, too, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the good quality.

Q: Are they all made in China?

According to the box the dolls come in, they are handpainted in the Republic of Belarus. It's not specific as to where the wooden dolls are made. I bought them for my great niece. She loved them. They were nicely painted and good quality.
