I have used these for tiramisu, and they are marvelous. The biscuits hold up and somehow remain soft but not soggy. They had a nice crisp to them, so they retained their freshness.

Lady fingers can be hard to find in stores when out of the season, so I decided to order it from Amazon. First, It’s the cheapest compared to the ones in stores (I live in WA). And it’s is absolutely delicious! These ladyfingers are light, airy, and perfectly sweet. They hold up well for desserts like tiramisu or trifles, yet are soft enough to enjoy on their own. Fresh taste and great texture, definitely a pantry staple! The only negative comment I would add is that the lady fingers arrived partially broken the first time I ordered it, but the second time was fine.
