A lot clearer than version3

I wanted a quick check of words for Scrabble, and I use the regular Chambers Dictionary in the normal way. Collins is rubbish and contains many words that are incorrect (oxygens, anyone?), and American spellings although one has chosen "English English", and I wanted a quick way to check what words are allowed, without having to skim through all the definitions. Or, more properly, what words are not allowed.

I love scrabble and I am playing with a friend, I thought it would be nice for us to have official scrabble references, second hand in good condition was the answer, I purchased the two, happy with the condition and the price.

When thinking of 'strange' words to use in scrabble this book is essential.
