Sailor Moon S the Movie (DVD)

My childhood on a DVD. I love sailor moon and used to watch it multiple times as a kid. I missed this so much.

The media could not be loaded. Couldn’t find this Blu-Ray/DVD at Best Buy. Bought it off Amazon and came is great condition (no box tears). This movie is centered around Luna the cat (based off the manga story Naoko Takeuchi wrote while visiting NASA in the USA). The Viz Blu-Ray transfer is great, but the Blu-Ray cover is okay. I prefer the old Pioneer DVD cover release (pictures included in my photos). The Viz release Blu-Ray menu is nice, but not a lot of extras included. The old Pioneer DVD extras included a little backstory on the legend of Princess Snow Kaguya.Only real cons for Blu-Ray/DVD release: the way the English voice actors pronouce Snow Kaguya’s name, you’ll hear it... and Snow Kaguya’s dubbing voice is average.Enjoy regardless! The Japanese language track is crisp and lovely. The music sounds amazing.

Brand new with no damage or scratches. This movie brings me back to childhood but my only complaint has to do with the changes made to the voice actors and songs, not with the dvd itself. Writing changed a bit but not a big deal. Still love it and happy to add it to my collection

I'm not here to talk about the movie, cuz if your already here, then you already know about sailor moon. A great anime, while the S movie wasn't as good as the first film, it still has some great moments with the outer senshi. The transfer to bluray looks great! just as good as the R movie bluray transfer. so all those henshin sequences and attacks look great on a nice big screen lcd tv.there are the typical trailers on the bluray, and 2 interviews, one of the VA for Luna and the other for the professor in the film. I highly suggest buying this film if your a moonie. It looks great, has some nice motion menu's and a couple of good interviews.

This was replacement for a vhs. I grew up with this show and the movies were very similar. I’m one of this weirdos who prefers the old Americanized names so the new dub bothered me a bit. Same movie, slightly different dialogue, so slightly off-putting but nothing major. And there was nothing wrong with the disc.

It was good but short its what you expect from an anime movie from the 90s

My favorite Sailor Moon movie, You get to see the Sailor Scouts help Sailor Moon use the Silver Crystal, to defeat the Ice Queen.

So happy to find this movie! I loved it as a kid, but to my dismay it *wasnt* the dub i was used to! I was looking for the Pioneer dubing not the VizMedia dubbing! My mistake haha, either way its nice to have a copy of this movie again!

Como extras, tiene algunas entrevistas con los actores de doblaje, trailers y su hermoso slip cover con detalles holográficos.Una imagen muy nítida, en formato panorámico, colores hermosos y calidad de audio excelente, además de que en esta película participan también las Outers Senshis, de las 3 películas, esta es mi favorita, aunque también las otras 2 son geniales y VIZ les dio el mismo trato en cuanto imagen y sonido, así que, es una compra totalmente recomendada.
