This skirt is thin and see though, it is not a full tutu with fluff but more of a costume tulle skirt. With Minnie Mouse ears there will be no doubt what I am, and that is the intent so it will serve it's purpose and be well enjoyed but probably a one time wear. As far as fit goes, I am 5'5" 135lbs and it fits fine.
